Strategically located (only 5 minutes to Kota Kinabalu city centre) with a great sea view of Likas Bay, fully furnished, spacious & housed together with 2-storey commercial centre consisting various retail businesses such as restaurants, cafes, gift shops, supermarket etc.As a welcome gesture to you, we offer to pick you up at Kota Kinabalu International Airport FOC for arrival between 7.00am to 12.00pm & max. load of 6 persons.Our unit size is 1,300 sq.ft with 3 bedrooms & 2 washrooms (both with water heater) & can accommodate 7 adults comfortably plus 1 extra sleeping space by the sofa.The Master bedroom has a King size bed (6'x6') & 10" mattress, air-con & washroom with bathtub for that good soothing soak after a long day out. The 2nd room also has a King size bed with an 9" mattress & air-con.The 3rd room has a super single bed (3.5'X6') with an 8" mattress, a bunker bed with 5" mattress & air-con. All the rooms has wardrobe, dressing table, bedside table with lamp light (except 3rd room) and all the window are curtained with blackout fabric for you to have a good & long night sleep.The living area is equipped with a 6 seats sofa set, a coffee table, a bench, air-con, ceiling fan, TV & Wi-Fi.Our kitchenette include all the necessary items for you to cook a decent meal, just like home as well as coffee & tea making facilities.A washing machine is ever ready for you to wash your linens complete with laundry detergent & softener, hanger & drying rack at the utilities area to air dry your laundry.The toiletries (i.e. hair shampoo, conditioner, bath soap & tissues) are provided in each washroom together with clean towels. On the 3rd floor there is a children playground, child & adult swimming pool & a gym so you will never have to miss your daily workout routine.And most of all, we are rooted for you to have a pleasant stay with us!... 詳情
