The undercover entrance opens onto a sitting area which leads on to a deck that overlooks the backyard with a BBQ just inside to door to bring out at the end of the dayThe BeachHouse is so close to the beach that you can smell the sea from both the front and rear decks.The spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen is perfect for entertaining. and if you need even more room you can move out onto the deck and listen to the ocean waves and enjoy some ocean glimpses over the dunes.The large kitchen includes all you would ever need, including a dishwasher and a full size fridge while the large open plan living allows for relaxed dinners, or you can sit out on the front deck and relax with a glass of wine or an ale or two.There are two large bedrooms, the main with a King size bed, whilst the second has a tri-bunk double on bottom and single on top.The bathroom has been fully renovated and you can shower under the glass roof for an "outdoor feel' with absolute privacy.There's room beside the home for 2 or 3 vehicles or a boat and trailer.
