    • Rute is located in the area known as the Sierras de la Subbetica on the edge of the Subbetica Natural Park and the house makes a great base from which to explore the towns and white villages of the area. If you like walking, cycling or bird watching you will enjoy a trip to Zuheros and a visit to the Via Verde - the old olive oil train line now a fabulous walkway stretching some 100K from Jaen to Puente Genil. Malaga, Cordoba, Seville, Granada and Jaen are all within an easy drive from the house and make for a great days sightseeing. If you wish to visit the coast and the beach, then a visit to Torre del Mar is a must. Casa Louisa is a delightful traditional Spanish Casa with modern comforts such as double glazing and air conditioning but still retains some of the quirky Spanish characteristics, which adds to the appeal of the house. The Family room and dining room are comfortably furnished with double glazing, air conditioning/heating, ceiling fan and tiled flooring.The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you will need to enjoy cooking meals for indoor or outdoor eating. It comes with a gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle and am ample supply of crockery and utensils. There is also a beer/wine fridge.There are two bedrooms in the house with a Spanish layout of adjoining bedrooms. The main bedroom is spacious with ample storage, ceiling fan and air conditioning/heating unit. There are double glazed doors leading to a small balcony. Great for watching the Semana Santa and summer processions, which all pass by the house. The main bathroom is also on this floor with a modern walk-in shower and utility area equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the stairway leading to the terrace, there is a second toilet with walk-in shower. We have a Weber barbecue and outdoor furniture for your use and it's great to sit on the terrace watching the beautiful sunsets.... 詳情

Next to the Villa there is the conservatory, surrounded by a beautiful, small park. PUBLIC TRANSPORT:Near the Villa Griswolden, there is a bus stop called 'Konservatorium' where the bus number 14 drives every 15 minutes. A long stairway leads from the garden of the Villa to the bus stop. To go down the stairs to the bus stop, it takes about 3 minutes. But to go up the stairs - depending on your fitness- it takes a little longer.PARKING:A large parking lot is located directly in front of the Villa.HOW TO REACH THE VILLA GRISWOLDEN:We recommend to rent a car because this is the easiest way to reach the Villa.If you are traveling by train, you can take a taxi by the Lucerne main train station.
