- Tantalise the senses! Hear the crashing of the ocean at this spectacular private property. With a ~250m walk to the ocean beach, this is the ideal location for those seeking nature at its' best. Nestled in the Coastal foliage, Paradise on St Andrews Beach is an impressive home. Offering an open plan dining and living area with high ceilings and full length picture perfect windows there is a sense of space but yet a cozy ambience with an open fire to laze by in the cooler months. Access to the surrounding ground level back deck is via the large sliding doors off the living area. Entertaining is a breeze with the convenient servery windows between the kitchen and the deck. The kitchen is galley style, complete with breakfast bar, informal meals area and ocean views. Modern appliances and large bench tops complete the centrally located kitchen. There is also a second, north facing front deck off the kitchen, a great spot to catch the last of the days' sun. Perfect for the extended family, there are 4 bedrooms between 2 shared bathrooms. Cleverly zoned, the master and the second bedroom share a Jack and Jill style bathroom with bath, at one end of the home and there is a further 2 bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet and a second lounge area at the other end for the kids. A large retreat high on the dunes, this beautifully appointed, four-bedroom beach house has been crafted from a combination of Jarrah wood, Caesar stone and glass. Whether a large family, a group or couples who want to escape, this house has it all! Set up high, overlooking St Andrew's Beach, you will find it difficult to drag yourself away from the breathtaking 180 degree ocean views through the floor to ceiling glass wall that runs the entire width of the house. The indulgent outdoor gas heated spa, set on a fantastic elevated Jarrah decking with ocean views, will ensure your stay at Moonah Dunes will be a memorable one. Bed & Bath With four large bedrooms, Moonah Dunes can very comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. The Master Bedroom is situated on the upper level and really must be described as a retreat. A luxurious, private ensuite with a glass feature wall, a double shower recess and double basins, complement a large bedroom with a smart TV and its own private balcony and a fantastic outlook to the ocean. The three other bedrooms and second bathroom are located on the ground level, with 2 Queen size beds and ocean views and the 4th bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Kitchen & Living This kitchen is designed for the entertainer - an abundance of bench space and featuring a huge 3200mm x 1200mm stone island bench and wonderful appliances. The open plan kitchen, dining and living room features a dining table for 10 guests, luxurious couches and a feature gas fireplace.
