   • Acorn House is a uniquely styled, lovely family getaway just 5 minutes drive from Daylesford and nestled on an acre of land so you really can enjoy a taste of country life. The property offers accommodation for up to 13 guests and is ideal for a group of singles, or families with children plus your well-behaved pet is welcome. There are 4 bedrooms including a bunk room that sleeps 6, with 2 sets of bunks and 2 single beds. The other bedrooms have queen beds plus there is a day bed in the main bedroom. If you have a baby, there is a portable cot plus high chair and you can hire more of these from our office. For safety, there are baby lock gates at the top and bottom of the stairs.The kitchen/dining area has a 10 seat dining table and a cozy living room with leather couch, armchairs, TV and wood fire. For extra heating and cooling, there is a split system in the kitchen, as well as pedestal fans.The bonus at Acorn House is the additional living area , The Tin Shed, a large renovated room, beautifully decorated and right beside the main house. This is a fantastic breakout room for kids, teenagers or even the adults. Comfy sofas, another wood fire and lots of games and toys will amuse everyone; or leave the family and the noise in the main house and you just chill quietly and peacefully in The Tin Shed.
