    • Panglao Village Court (PVC) is a commercial development situated along Panglao Island Circumferential Road in Barangay Danao. It is approximately 3.5 km away from Panglao Poblacion (town center) and a short distance away from the famed white beaches of Alona (1.9 km) and Dumaluan (7.5 km). Danao beach (1.7 km) is essentially a 20-minute walk away from the property.Aside from long-term personal or business space tenancy, the development offers a select number of apartments and studio-type units for short-term rentals. The PVC Apartments, which include a 2-bedroom and two 1-bedroom units, are located on the second level of the establishment. Several commercial shops have leased the ground floor area and these include Precito’s Restaurant and Catering Services, travel agencies (local, Korean, Chinese), a spa and wellness center. Guests practically have access to everything they need while away from home since convenience stores, motorbike rentals, travel agencies, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, laundry service, etc. are all within walking distance from Panglao Village Court.Apartments 4 and 5 are designed to comfortably accommodate 3 adult guests with a maximum capacity of 4.
