This is a second floor apartment reached by a short stairway. Please note that the stairway is quite steep and may not suit very young children or the elderly. Quietly situated 400 metres from Henann Beach Resort Staff Entrance on Ester A Lim Drive in the famous Alona area of Panglao Island. Please note that the Beach Resorts on Ester A Lim Drive may not allow access to the beach via their properties so it may be necessary to walk around. The walk to the beach from the Apartment is 10 minutes. For those hiring twist n go motorbikes Alona Beach is 2 minutes away and there is free secure inner parking below the apartment. The apartment is one bedroom ( double bed) with Ensuite. Living and Kitchen Area with Balcony. Extra Beds in Living Area with ceiling fan above. Hot electric shower. Basic simple cooking facilities can be provided. There is a fridge, 5 gallon drinking water dispenser, WiFi and Cable TV with movie channels. Nice, comfortable accommodation to Sleep 4 persons.
