Offering an open plan dining and living area with high ceilings and full length picture perfect windows there is a sense of space but yet a cozy ambience with an open fire to laze by in the cooler months. Access to the surrounding ground level back deck is via the large sliding doors off the living area. Entertaining is a breeze with the convenient servery windows between the kitchen and the deck. The kitchen is galley style, complete with breakfast bar, informal meals area and ocean views. Modern appliances and large bench tops complete the centrally located kitchen. There is also a second, north facing front deck off the kitchen, a great spot to catch the last of the days' sun. Perfect for the extended family, there are 4 bedrooms between 2 shared bathrooms. Cleverly zoned, the master and the second bedroom share a Jack and Jill style bathroom with bath, at one end of the home and there is a further 2 bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet and a second lounge area at the other end for the kids.
